When you get to L’Escala, follow the signpost to "Sant Martí Platges / Sant Pere" at the first roundabout you come to (off to the left if you are coming in from the motorway). Carry on to the next roundabout, which is in Sant Martí itself. Consult the map to find the car park. To get here by train: You can get off at Flaçà or Figueres (nearly all the trains stop) and catch the bus, or get off at Camallera (which is nearer but only the slow trains stop there) and come by taxi or bus. The only bus company that operates on this route is SARFA. To get here by plane: From Girona airport you can get to Sant Martí by: Direct taxi (about 70 euros). This is the most convenient option. Bus or Taxi to Girona Train and Bus Station, then catch the train or bus of your choice (see above). Hire a car at Girona station and come on the motorway (see above). From Perpignan or Barcelona, please check the train timetables of the respective companies (RENFE and SCSC).Once you have chosen the train, follow the indications given above, or hire a car if you intend to do so and come on the motorway (see above). |
