HOLIDAYS IN SANT MARTÍ We have 6 studios for 2 people. They are all on the first floor overlooking Sant Martí village square, in the centre of the old part and just two minutes from the beach, ideal for spending a few days in the summer, at the weekends, at Easter or even in the winter. 3 of them have a double bed and 3 have beds with a pullout truckle bed, to make the most of the space.

Number 7 with terrace (next door to 8) for 2 people and number 8 with private terrace, both with views to the church, old town and the sea.





NO NEED TO GO OUT
for breakfast. Every morning at 9, you will have your breakfast delivered to your door, with speciality rolls and recently cooked croissants, as well as coffee, milk, orange juice, marmalade, butter, cereals and so on.





STUDIOS EQUIPPED with:
a glass ceramic hob with 2 burners, full kitchen equipment, fridge, microwave, bathroom with shower, air conditioning (for hot and cold air), national TV channels and satellite TV. Wi-fi internet access at no extra cost, low temperature electric radiators and double-glazed windows (for sound insulation) The studios are 21 square metres and look out onto Carrer Major, which leads up to the village square. None of them have sea views.
There is no daily cleaning service or reception, and no hotel service.




PRIVATE PARKING
In Sant Martí it is difficult to find a place to park in the summer and you have to pay to park in the car parks that there are, therefore, we have reconverted an old vegetable garden into a closed parking space for our customers (studios only) at no additional cost so that you have no problem and gain in convenience.

BOOKINGS AND PRICES:
The minimum stay in July and August is three nights, and two nights at other times of the year. To check availability or to book please send an e-mail (recommended) by using the form or by calling 0034 972 773380 or 0034 666 120600. We don't work with groups / celebrations. Bookings will only be reserved on receipt of a down payment. We accept PAYPAL (for down payments).
